New Audio System for Vue 2008
I have a Saturn Vue 2008, bought at 91,000. I had a 2007 but got total in an accident. Someone hit me from behind totaling out our Vue... We bought the first one new. Anyways, we ended up getting another Saturn. Instead of buying a new SUV, we're looking to get more miles out of the Vue. So looking to do some TLC with her. One is getting a new radio system. The one the Vue came was the GPS, CD and radio model.
We really don't use the old GPS because it relays on a CD that's behind the radio.
What are people using. I would like one the fits in the slot and using Bluetooth and maybe GPS it it connects to the phone. Looking for ideals.
Interesting I pulled the car fax on this Vue and she has been her whole life in Central Florida and had 3 other owners. We are 4th owners and the last ones, owning her for the longest.

I don't remember any other folks posting about aftermarket radios and such for the second generation Vues.
My advice to you would be to not buy a super cheap system from far far away. You tend to get what you pay for in life and this is no different.
I would think the opening is of a standard size but I do not know what it is.
Stay with an established well-known brand unless you want to replace it quite frequently. Also, be sure to get an audio adapter patch cable to attach to the car's wiring on one side and the new system on the other. Crutchfield has a connector that matches just about everything with the Vue connection on the other end. Just pay the piper and do not hack up the factory wiring harness. It's not worth a headache it becomes.

This radio is a excellent upgrade. It is easy to install and use. The backup digicam is a super addition as properly. It can be used with most telephones through blue enamel. The sound high-quality is splendid as properly. There are many settings that can be adjusted and personalized. It comes with a cord harness already to plug and play for smooth installation.
