When you changed the oil, did you change type or viscosity? Sure sounds like lifter noise...maybe try a slightly thicker oil(like a 20-50 instead of a 10-40)? It also kind of sounds like an exhaust tic- does the noise get louder as you accelerate or load up the engine, or does it stay about the same?

The noise comes and goes, and I only hear it when idling.
I have not had time to do anything, hoping it doesn't get worse. But ive been driving my other car a bit more often to take some stress off it until I have the time.
