Default 02 L300 Reduced power light on

I have a reduced power light on and a service engine light. After having the codes read, I replaced the speed sensor (P0502) and the mass airflow sensor (P0103). The car still has reduced power light on, and won't respond to throttle. Car won't idle over 1500 rpm. Does anyone have any thoughts other than taking it to the Saturn/GM dealer.

I don't know, I've never had the problem. Search the internet seems in order to me seeing so few people own or drive a L series on this site. On the other hand I could name a bunch of parts it could be, but why guess at your problem. The one and only thing you might try that'll cost you nothing is to disconnect the battery cable for 30 mins.

PS recheck all work performed, everything have a good tight connection?

and didn't say a word, not evan thank you.

Throttle Actuator Control system located in the throtle body.
Pull the TB remove actuator clean everything with TB cleaner. If that does not do the trick buy a new TBA from the dealer and only the dealer. Clear codes. Next time do your research before you start replacing parts ***** nilly.

Your welcome

Just an update... Cleaned the throttle body, but still have the "reduced power light" on. I'll be checking with the dealer on the throttle body actuator control.
Thanks for everyone's help so far

The reduced power indicator is some form of a message that is a default mode IF there is a problem with the Throttle Position as sensed.
And maybe other things.
What is needed at this point in time is any other error code that may be affecting things causing the Engine Control Computer to default to a reduced power setting and then telling you that is where it is.
