94 SL1 Electrical Problem

94 SL1 Electrical Problem
I have a 94 SL1. It's not my every day driver, so was sitting for a couple weeks and when I went to start it it wouldn't quite turn over, like the battery was dead. I took the battery out and charged it but when I reconnected it nothing happens. No lights, no fan, no radio, no ignition click, nothing.
I've put a voltmeter on the battery and am getting over 12v. Checked my fuses and am getting power out of the fuse box just fine. Verified that the ground is good.
Any ideas? Is it possible I've blown the computer somehow? Would that cause these symptoms?
Thanks,
Bob

Check pos battery cable for tightness and corrosion (signs of acid getting sucked up into the cable). The voltage may be there but the current necessary to run things may not due to a damaged cable.
Also, check the V across the batt when trying to start (requires a friend or long DVM leads) -- your battery itself may be the issue.
Can the car be jump started?
