Default 95 saturn is overheating

My saturn just started overheating. If I disconnect the etcs, the cooling
fan comes on and engine cools to normal and fan shuts off. Engine runs fine but starts getting hot again. Fan does not come on until I disconnect the etcs again. Replaced the etcs, no change.
Could use some help. Thanks.....

1)Did you replace ECTS connector when you replaced ECTS? Corrosion on connector contacts will lead to bogus temp readings to PCM (usually that the coolant temp is always cold) from your brand new brass tipped ECTS.
2) You did use brass style replacement ECTS, yes?

3) If you have A/C, by design the cooling fan should come on and stay on when you engage the A/C. Does it?
If it does, you have a temporary way to keep your engine from overheating....

PLs advise and we'll take it from there.
