Default 97 SL2 Saturn Sedan

Help!
I have a 1.9 DOHC thought I had A fuel problem, car wouldn't start, been doing that for some time when the fuel tank is low, this time no matter what I did it wouldn't start. , Dealership said the fuel pressure was low. Replaced the fuel pump, it has fuel pressure in front of the throttle body, checked in line air valve, pulled a plug out, doesn't seem to have spark.
When I turn the key on I can hear the fuel pump, but still doesn't start! I am open to any suggestions The battery is fully charged. The engine has 206000 miles on it.

So you spent the money to have the car towed to the dealership and then did not have it fixed, then you had the car towed from the dealership to another location then you spent money to buy a fuel pump and it's still a no start?

No, I have been doing all these things myself at home. When the car wouldn't start originally I was in a parking lot. This car has done the same thing when the fuel was low previous to this incident. So I brought the car home and changed the fuel pump, now it won't start at all.

I had taken the car to a dealership some time ago, but the problem didn't present itself again until this weekend. So like I said, I change the fuel pump thinking this was the problem and that changing it would fix the problem. 234.00 later, and car is still a "no go"

no spark condition can be caused by a bad crank position sensor (CPS). Should read 700-900 ohms resistance. If not, replace.
