2003 L300 series. Has anyone had problems with the abs light coming on and then all the gauges stop working? It started when the heat hit some really high number and would go out when temp dropped back down? now it's like this all the time. Not showing any codes either

 

I am not familiar with the L300 but do have service literature for one. The biggest problem I have had with guages quitting has been fuses. They were loose in the sockets. Of course not the same car but there is a lot of plastic used in Saturn (and many new cars these days), the heat will distort plastic and cause fuses to do wierd things. I have had a lot of problems with plastic distorting or becomming brittle and breaking due to the heat. More so on my Saturn than any other car I own or have owned.
I suggest locating the fuse for the gauges or power to the instruement panel and see if it is not some how loose in the socket or distortation has taken place.
Could be, it is worth looking for.
