Instrument Cluster
#2
I remember someone wanting to do that years ago .... I do not remeber the outcome. Maybe search around the forums a little, and if you find nothing .... give it a try. If you do it, post it on here so others have the info.

I just got the whole saturn factory shop manual, I looked at the connectors and there isnt any specific connector for dohc or sohc, there just connectors.
I have another set of gauges lying around waiting to be put in my car, i can get a pic of the connectors so you can check and be sure
(I actually have a spare DOHC cluster from a 98 and from a 99 - both digital odometer - sitting around. Ill have the one from 99 once I get the homecoming gauges in my car)

Okay I'll see what I find. It seems like they are both the same. I'm going to the junkyard to find a dohc cluster with a digital odometer. Hopefully I find something. I'll post about the outcome of the project.

I was gonna say if you have a 3rd gen SC2 you have slightly more options with instrument clusters. I was searching around and i stumbled upon this on sixthsphere and someone did an entire list of the clusters that can be swapped. No wiring required, its all plug-n-play https://www.saturnforum.com/forum/pi...&pictureid=590
