Oxygen sensors and no start

Oxygen sensors and no start
This is a continuation of my list of problems on my 99. The others all got fixed, with the last being the oxygen sensors. Now it won't start. I changed the one under the hood first then moved the car to a better place to jack it up. So I know nothing was wrong after the first one. I jacked the car up from the side pretty high since I am not as thin as I used to be. I changes the sensor and got the old plug apart with a little difficulty because of the lack of room. Put the new plug together and let the jack down. I wanted to see if I triggered any codes so I went to start it and nothing. Radio and lights all work but it will not turn over. Is there a fuel cut off somewhere that might have tripped when I jacked it up? Or is there something else I should look for? Thanks for any help.
On edit - I let it sit for a while and went back to it and it started. I am not sure why but it is running. I didn't do anything to it. I was looking for the book. When I found it in my truck I came back and it worked. I think this happened once before. Does jacking it up do anything to it to keep it from starting for a while?

I'm not entirely sure, but I think there is a disable circuit if the car goes into a "rollover" condition (supposed to cut down on vehicle crash/fires), but you would have had to have the key turned on when you jacked the side of the car to trigger it.
Used to be a pushbutton reset when they first appeared, perhaps now, they reset automatically after a certain period of time (or maybe if you remove the key, then reinsert).
Lemmie do some more research on this, and I'll get back to you .....

The disable circuit I was under the impression turned off the fuel pump if the car tried to turn turtle or had a violent impact. I never have had a problem with one so can't say anything intelegent. I have however jacked my Saturn up high enough to get both wheels on the same side off of the ground using a hydraulic floor jack. (The frame on them is really stiff) I never caused a problem doing it. I would suspect a possible electrical problem caused by corrosion with a battery connection at the battery + or -, at a ground connection to the chassi or the starter solenoid. Thus sort of agreeing with Derf.

Thanks for the replies. I think this also happened when I changed the starter. But it corrected itself. I had it jacked up high enough to get ramps under the wheels for safety. I am not only a bit larger than I should be but I have a bad case of claustrophobia, so I like a lot of room.
