Default Transmission problems

I recently did a fluid/filter change on my 95 saturn sl2 and I thought I needed to add stop slip because i was having problems before. But now it's a delaying between gear shifts. I think its the addition of the stop slip but idk. Can I get some help?? Please and thank you!!

Is it slamming into gear after the hesitation?

Not all the time but it does, and even though I shift it into reverse it will either barely backup or not at all

Changing tranny fluid on a car w high miles can actually remove debris that is helping seals seal, etc.

The hanging in gear and hard shifting and lack of reverse can all be caused by the need for a rebuilt valve body and a new input shaft nut. I'm not quite sure how a drain and fill on the tranny would cause the need for the valve body other than what I described above.

Check to make sure you don't have any VSS (vehicle speed sensor codes). Then I'd start with a rebuilt valve body with sonnax solenoids.

Idk if 150000 mile would be considered high miles but I'll give it a looking into about the valve body. Thx my guy!
