If you have good a/c then the condensation water from the a/c isn't leaving the drain valve b/c its clogged and running out the cracks and crevices of the HVAC box. On the firewall near the middle at the bottom is a small rubber duck valve that opens to let condensation out but prevent nature from finding a home in your HVAC box. Sediment from the outside eventually gets in there to clog the drain. When you find the drain just poke it open with a pencil tip or similar and watch the water rush out.

The drain hose is internal to the HVAC box; access is by tearing apart the dash so the front firewall is the only way.
