2 Saturns now
#1
Hello, just thought I would check in here as a new member. I ordered my 1998 SW2 new with just the features I wanted and have never regretted it. It's got 142k miles now and little things are just starting to go wrong with it. I am happy to chase these little bugs though because it has been such a reliable ride.
Last month a bought a troubled 1997 SL2 from a friend for $50. I've put $400 or so into fixing it up and now my son's are trading off driving it because sometimes it's better than their vehicles.
Too bad GM has effectively dumped the innovative Saturn designs in favor of rebadged Opels.
I'm quite happy with my aging S series Saturns though and will enjoy keep them going as long as I can.
