P0410 Secondary air injection malfunction
No personal experience with this one, but, based on a quick web search, if the air pump is operational, I'd start by replacing the Engine Coolant Temp Sensor (ECTS) and connector (Saturn only part).
A bad ECTS will usually cause the PCM to think the coolant temp is at -40. This causes the PCM to compensate by making the air fuel mix way too rich.
The sufficiently rich mix is probably what is triggering the P0138, which, as it turns out, is triggered by the rear 02 sensor putting out a consistently "too rich" signal......
Try ECTS swap first, clear codes, and see if the P0138 returns. Hopefully it will not.
