Just joined! Im actually a 2nd time s-series owner. This time Im leaving in the SOHC. I mainly bought this car for the gas mileage, but from the 1st SL I had, I was hooked. I had to sell my other car b/c of a divorce. That ain't never gonna happen again. The new car is a '96 SL1, which I'm fine with considering its paid for, $1400 cash! (woot) These cars are so fun to drive. I'm currently replacing lots of age related issues on her like tie rod ends, struts, rotors, brakes, tires, coils, plugs, wires, and fluids. I had to put a cold air intake on it just to get out of my own way. They are slow until you do a few things to 'em. Like I said, SL1 smooth & reliable, gas mileage and fun. HELLO to everybody
