At face value that sounds like a good move. Congratulations

Congrats on the move, I guess. Are you a Pirates or Steelers fan and just wanted to get closer?

Don't care for steelers
Don't care about pirates
HATE Penguins; Flyers forever (born in Philly). Will wear my flyers jersey to penguin games along with a hard hat

Looked it up on Google Earth..........south and west of the city. Looks like a nice area out of the city. Hope all goes well and you enjoy your new digs.

thanks. We're basically gutting the place right now and repainting everything, ripping up carpet to add hardwood, doing granite countertops , painting, painting painting. New bathroom lighting, new.....cha ching

This place was left so dirty that you can literally sweep dust off the walls. In fact you have to before you can paint. We found a dustbunny the size of a softball behind the fridge.

Don't think the couple/woman (now divorced) who lived here EVER cleaned.

I'm finding the pee spots from their yappy dog as I pull up the carpet. Yay.
