Just thinking.
I got my Saturn out of the driveway today to drive to church. Everytime I take it on the road I am reminded what a nice car it was 16 years ago when purchased and still is. It drove nice, I have always enjoyed the performance setting for the automatic, it squirts through traffic with the verve the extra 15 hp it doesn't have feels like it does because the transmission is so matched to the engine. It goes where it is pointed and it doesn't hurt to drive it.
My doctor has me on a pain management program and it seems to be working. My back pain had dropped way down to managable. I have solved the problem with the Clear Coar comming off after I painted it, my bad, I gots to do it different. The interior needs very little now to be excellent, I got most of it fixed when I did he car over 3 years ago. I think I will go ahead and repaint it again. My back can take it now, I can keep the Clear Coat from comming off, it won't be hard to swap the radiator to a new one and change the transmission fluid and drive it for another 10 years. I still have yet to figure out how GM marketing managed to screw up the sales on these things and the local Chevy Dealer keeps telling me I should trade it because they don't make them any more.
I dunno, owning Detroit iron used to be fun. Now they seem to want to sell pretend trucks as if they are an appliance. And then get snotty when you show no interest.
I have interest, show me what I want and I might buy one. They have not figured that out yet.
Merry Christmas.
