Keurig 2.0---Cleaning Entrance Needle to Restore Flow
How to unhose a Keurig 2.0 that is barely pumping water through, pumping too little, then not at all.
1) Remove and clean the lower pod holder and exit needle per the manual. This likely has nothing to do with the problem at hand. Just clean it (preventive maintenance).
2) Find that strange orange thing that came in a small ziplock bag. It has a silicone sphere reservoir inserted in the center.
3) Add water until 2/3 full.
4) Insert the strange orange thing (maintenance device) into the pod holder by pulling back the spring loaded tab at the bottom of the pod holder ring. The arrows should face down and the orange thing should be snug.
5) lift the handle (open machine) and close the handle (close the machine) completely . Do this 5 times
6) Open machine, remove orange thing, and look at coffee grounds in the silicone bulb that have been dislodged from the entrance needle.
7) Rinse out bulb and repeat steps 3 through 6 until no grounds appear in the bulb.
8) Run some hot water only cups through until no more coffee grounds are rinsed through.
9) Figure out the last time you did this (likely never) and determine a preventative maintenance schedule to prevent the next entrance needle clog.

Remember it only applies to the version 2.0 of the Keurig, not the earlier ones.
Not sure why our older ones never had the entrance needle clog---it must not have gone in deep enough to hit the coffee grounds.
You have NO idea how bored I was to to resort to posting this
