Just put the old EGR valve on it. It will start and run, you'll just get a SES light.

I'll check my bin to see if I have any adaptors left. I do plan on hitting the salvage yards next week to look for more though.

 

i modified my spare linear egr to fit and at least wont set a code from not being there but since i don't have the adapter it sits at an angle and is hitting my intake tube,it'll do for now but eventually i'd like an adapter,please let me know if u find 1. ur help is greatly appreciated.

thanx mike,i greatly apreciate it.i've got a few guys here in detroit metro area looking for me as well to no avail yet,so any body helping to locate is a hero to me.I got the car running wednesday,keeping in mind i put a 93 dohc in a 95 sohc body with a 95 sohc harness & pcm, it runs & drives but i think its lacking the fuel since the pcm is still thinking its only got 8 valves therefor only giving it a limited amount of fuel. I've got the correct pcm coming from Maryland on Tue or Wed next week so hopefully it should wake my car up. I've got nearly 10 grand into it and 9 years of accumulating the parts,i'm ready to see what it can do.Just need the pcm,egr adapter and a straight stretch of road. I will definately keep all u updated on the results when it is 'full power'. again thanks for all your help!!
