The locks stopped working, the dome light went out, and the trunk release won''''t work. All these at the same time. When I turn the key, nothing, just the inst. panel lights. I climbed under and tried to direct start the starter with plyers and the starter sounds but does not turn the engine. Also is there another fuse box besides the one in the engine compartment? I also read that if the keyless entry module goes bad, it will do some of these things. Please help.Edited by: stratman3

So what your saying is, you know for a fact that

1 your battery is good
2-your battery connections are tight
3-your battery connections are clean
4-your positive battery cable is good
5-your negetive battery cable is good
6-your alternator connections are good
7-your alternator is good. because you must have tested all of those items with a pair of plyers, a hammer, and USB cable.

Yeah the usb is tight.LOL. I had the starter tested at the local auto parts and it passed. Now I will be going after the keyless entry module, how do I bypass it?

Problem solved!!!! Turns out it was just fuses, the ignition and body. They were at the second fuse box located on the passenger side of center console.

Now the bigger question.

Why did they blow in the first place?

Well I was doing a few repairs, but I narrowed it down to 2 things. 1- I was trying to program a keyless and I might have plug into the wrong port. 2- I was installing a replacement headliner and in doing so I also replaced the dome light and again I might have made contact with the roof metal. I know, always disconect battery. Hope this helps someone making the same mistakes.
