A code 23 is "IAT Circuit - Temperature Out Of Range Low"

Code 23 info from my website

Sounds like the IAT is either faulty or unplugged. Check the IAT (Intake Air temperature) sensor. Its located on the bottom right hand side of the intake resonator. Just before it enters the air box.

Yes, Found the sensor wires pulled out. Reset PCM and no more check engine light. Drove it several miles and it still wants to die when stoping or at long idle times. Seems to get flooded? any suggestions? Thanks for the help with the code problem.
