Hood badge for 97 SC1?
#1
Hi,
I just noticed that the hood badge on my 1997 Saturn SC1 is missing.
I've had the car for seven years and it's still in pretty good
condition, only 70K. It's hard to imagine that the badge fell off after
all this time, therefore I assume it was stolen but there are no pry
marks. There's less than a dozen '97 Saturns on this side of the Big
Island of Hawaii. We have no dealer.
Any idea where I might get a replacement badge?

sobecause you said it was in SaturnParts.com I then searchedSaturnParts.com assuming that trademotion was your signature URL.
I just tried trademotion.com but the "Make" drop down menuon http://www.trademotion.com/partlocat...fm?siteid=2140 58is stuck on Cheverolet/Geo and it won't list any other makes. Using Viata IE.

No problem... I was worried anyways that they may have given me a cookie-driven link. But hey, whatever. Glad it helped... btw: Do you plan on getting the red on or the black one? Or should a better question be: What color is your car?
#10
I was a bit confuised by that choice but my car is a light silver-whitish color and the side and rearemblems have red accents in a fieldof silver so I opted for the red. Could have gone with black because the window framesare a classy black. The dashboard is tan.
The car has been simply amazing, orginal muffler and virtually no repairs and still only 97K. I replaced the serpintinebelt. The only thing that looks a bit shabby is the imitation mouse fur head liner. It'sbeen scuffed and the material is pulling away from the board backingin one area. Other than that everything is still working though it could use some new hub caps. Our island doesn't carry many spare parts or accesssories and no Saturn dealers.
Again, thank much,
Kerry
