Default Water leak

Hello,
I'm trying to fix a leak in the floorboard of my '99 sc1. It's in the back floorboard behind the passenger seat where your feet go. I've checked all the weatherstripping, siliconed some loose gaps and had it looked at after it still leaked. The sunroof hoses are clear and draining right, but it's still collecting water. It seems to be coming from the inside corner nearest to the trunk. It's also had water collecting in the spare tire well, but I fixed it by drilling drain holes. Any ideas what this could be?

Do you know if the car has ever been in a wreck? I suppose it could be cracked body seam, but I'm not a mechanic and especially not a body work man.

It hasn't ever been in a wreck, but I'll see if anything is cracked

Have you taken a close look at the rear windshield and the quarter window on that side? Seems like if you pull the back seat out, you may see where a water leak has stained a path if it's coming in from either of those places. I don't know, just guessing here.

sometimes those sunroof hoses come off the module underneath the headliner & will leak into the car... or they can be just starting to come off & seeping....

I know...Old thread but my 3-door has some rust developing at the trunk end of the inner door jam where it meets the floor board. My weather stripping appears to be intact and air tight. Funny thing I DID notice... I have a sunroof, doesn't work so it stays shut. On to the point. I get water pooling on the passengerside behind the wheelwell of the trunk...Driverside trunk is bone dry. I am thinking this has something to do with my sunroof and where it drains to. Any thoughts? cmgrav, any luck?
