Default Aura Greenline Hybrid siriusxm problem

I am having an issue with my radio I have been disappointed to find that xm channels wont download for over 2 weeks to my xm radio. Also now that it's been some time it has downloaded about 35% of my SiriusXM channel lineup. I'm at a loss of what to do because my dealer no longer exists and Saturn tech's are scarce in my area. I called the dealer that will do work on it but for about the price of a new radio from best buy with a double din kit and touch screen. It shows no signs of downloading like the instruction manual shows and I have followed directions correctly. Could this be a head unit issue that I can fix by replacing that? Or could it be an antenna issue? Unfortunately I lost my job so money is tight so the most affordable option would be best. Thanks in advance.

have you spoken to Sirius XM support about your issue?

How does the dealer know how much it'll cost you if he hasn't seen the vehicle to diag?

Do the downloaded stations play properly or is the incoming signal on those getting broken up?.

In my mind the most affordable option would be to cancel your XM subscription, thereby requiring no $$ to spend on a fix or replacement.

I don't pay for it I have a line with my family. Also siriusxm does not charge us for the link to my car because it is non functional. SirusXM does know about this issue and they have diagnosed it as a radio issue. Also When I called the parts department they said their labor charges were $120 an hour plus parts so they gave me an estimate of about 500 to 600 dollars. From my research that is how much a new kit installed would be for a better quality radio.

The stations do play properly when they have been acquired. But I only listen to one station xm channel 37 and the head unit actually skips over it and goes from 36 to 38.

No longer have Sirius XM and do't miss it. To me it sounds like your radio has gone bad, to Sirius XM it sounds like your radio has gone bad. So maybe go to a junk yard and get another radio.
