Default cleaning aura seats

Hello saturn forum,

I have a 2008 saturn aura with 102K miles. I have fabric seats and I have same dark stains on the seats that look like water stains. I don't recall spilling anything on the seats, but it might be marks from sweaty legs? I am not sure. I've tried to clean it with several things, but nothing seems to take it completely out. Any suggestions? Thanks. I attached 2 pictures of the seats with the stains.

I use Blue Coral on my Ion seats. It is a bit expensive (around $7 a can), but works magic. I use half a can at a time and do my seats and carpets (doesn't work on the headliner) and have AMAZING results each time.
Just take it slow when using it, and really work it in.

Oh, and it would probably help if I told you that I get it at auto zone.

I just use Windex. It works pretty good and even works on the headliner. I guess it all depends on what the stain IS. Try it on an inconspicious spot first.

windex on fabric? Wha? Doesn't it leave a blue residue?

It hasn't on any of the junk I've owned over the years, derf. For some reason, most have had a light to medium gray interior too.

so it might be there faintly but is masked.....I just can't imagine that ending well on a tan fabric interior......

I've heard many, many complaints about the seats in Auras staining easily. Seems like the interior design team at GM really screwed up here. I guess it will be a "trial & error" process to see what works best. I'm also wondering if (once they are clean) spraying them with 3M Scotch Guard would be helpful?

I have had really good luck with Clean n Brite, on many things! I used it to clean the seats in my HHR, which I think is "similar" material to the Aura, worked very good (and they are light tan). See link below...

I use spot shot for indoor carpet , specifically cat puke stains, Never seen anything like it. Never tried it on my car, so you should try it on yours so I'll know if works

try a small inconspicuous spot first and if you don't get it all out then it makes a small ring around the stain
