What would be a good exhaust to swap out the stock exhaust with?

I Got the 2.2 I'm debating on getting a new exhaust or just taking the stock off all the way to the cat and/or getting a new cat

I asked RJ back when I had the L series... Same engine as the ION, so the info is relevant...

So, from what I gather, unless you have headers and an intake, 2.25 pipe would be best for a stock L61... As for what muffler, go with what sounds best in your opinion... I was planning a thrush turbo, high flow cat, and a long glass pack for a resonator... Should have sounded nice and mellow, and a little aggressive when I got on it, but the car died before I got to install the parts...(yes I still have them)

If you plan on using this forum go to the new member sub forum and introduce yourself to the rest of the gang. Take a few and fill out a signature. Put in your first name, location, and car. Find it top right, the drop down next to your user name.

When you get that done start posting add a photo of your Saturn. You want to get a minimum post count of 10 asap. Once you get 25 posts get a hold of sw2cam about an avatar.
