2000 LS1 CD player stopped working
Greetings,
My LS1's CD player decided to stop working the other day. It had functioned fine before suddenly stopping. When I put a CD in, the CD icon comes up and the player's laser pickup assembly starts sounding like its trying to read the CD, but then ejects the CD without playing after about 3 or so seconds.
Not sure if it's relevant, but I had been listening to a burnt CD on the player in the days leading up to its failure. All my other burnt CDs would play well, including the one I mentioned, until this error started happening.
Any suggestions for troubleshooting?
