Default 2003 Saturn L200 - 5 Speed

Anybody had any alternator/voltage regulator problems? Replaced twice in the last year and a half, and a new battery. Last night driving home at night started losing interior lights for a second and they came back for a bit then it happened again all at random. Then when braking it did it again. With the car running meter shows 15.3 volts at battery (with alternator connected), disconnected the alternator battery reads drop to 13.8 volts. Anybody got any suggestions? (Not using GM but after market alternators.)

Check battery cables make sure they are clean and tight. Cut back a bit of covering on the positive cable to be sure it is not corroded. Have the charging system checked with a load tester to find out if all is working up to specs. Same with the battery load test it. Myself, I will never buy hard parts from CheckerAdvanceO'reillyZone. Junk, all junk.
