Default LW200 Hazard Switch Replacement

Hello All. In googling through past topics here, I've determined that I need a new Hazard switch in my 2001 LW200. Turn signals and hazard worked intermittently, and for the past few months haven't worked at all.

I am having a very hard time locating the part to buy it. The actual part itself, in the dash/console, is easy for me to take out and put back together, have already done so just to physically inspect the switch.

The relays/fuses and bulbs etc have all been replaced, obviously, before I ever got to this point.

Does anyone know a specific part number? I'm having a really hard time shopping for this.

This is my wife's daily driver and I really need to get this fixed. Luckily she commutes through the country on a single road so it isn't like she's weaving through metro interstate traffic, but the sooner I can get this fixed, the better.

I appreciate all of the info I've already received from searching this forum that has gotten me to this point.

Edit to Add Info- I've already had it at two different mechanics for other issues, neither of them wanted to fool with the turn signals. Business must be good for mechanics around here.

Edit #2 to Add a Question- I'm also looking to add a trailer hitch to it, Class 1. Everything I see online is expensive and requires welding and-or significant drilling. Any particular recommendations, before I fashion one myself out of unistrut?

Parts from local GM (Chevy) dealer servicing Saturn's, but you knew that cause you read it in a thread you posted in.

Trailer hitch: Yellow pages?

A Saturn-friendly GM dealership will have no problem in obtaining the part for you.

As far as towing hitches go, I'd have it professionally installed (welded) at a shop recommended by satisfied customers (that's what I did when I added a hitch to my SW2)
