Very easy.

The trim anround the entire stereo, box, vents, etc., just snaps off. Once off, there are 2 screws, one on each side of the stereo itself. Remove those screws and the stereo just slidesout.

You can buy a stereo that actually can be bolted to the existing bracketry.

Good luck,

David

Thank you David. I really appreciate your help. I was going to put in a used Saturn stereo that''s exactly like the one I have now but I just learned that the 03 radios/D playershave software problems so I might have to look for something else. Do you have any suggestions? I want the stereo to look like it has always been there without any great expense.

Go to Best Buy, Frys etc. and tell them ya want, depending on the priceyou want to spend,an AM/FM CD player, with front AUX IN input, stereo to fit your car. Input is just in case ya want to go to a Sirius radio in the future, I did, super!!!!! Make the Sat. radio easier to hook up.

Also, you will have to buy a pigtail to go between the new stereo and the existing wiring. About $15.00, they will have.

They should be able to help you. I''ll let ya know what kind I put in if I remember, tomorrow. It looks factory installed.

Good luck.

David
