Power steering has to come off to remove the intake. Engine can stay in car to remove intake. Power steering does not need to come off to remove the fuel rail. It comes out only one way but it is doable though truly annoying.

I'll paste or transcribe the directions for removing the fuel rail if you are interested. Injectors where they fail on these cars and they don't seem to clog either though a treatment with premium gas and techron will help to keep them clean.
