Default 1999 Saturn SL2 a/c

My 1999 Saturn SL2 a/c is blowing cold just not enough volume of air when the switch is on high. Its high setting is like most cars medium setting. I've replace the blower motor, but no appreciable difference. Is there anything that can be done to boost the a/c airflow?

You state you replaced the blower motor, by any chance did you clean the evaporator coils when you were in there? How about checking the recirculation vent door, to make sure it worked properly, and didn't restrict airflow???

it will push more air with recirc on.
Surprised you replaced the blower motor without a diag on it (assumption on my part)

It'll also push more air with the ducts un-blocked.
