I have a 93 Sl that I just replaced the water pump on. After replacing the pump I accidentally plugged the compressor in with the vehicle running and the ac on. This caused a spark at the compressor plug and now neither the compressor or the radiator cooling fan will work. Both worked fine before... (the interior blower motor works fine)I have checked ALL FUSES inside and out. They have power and I have pulled and visually inspected each fuse. They all checked good. The relays have been swapped out and also tried shorting sockets 30 & 87 on both relays separately. The cooling fan came on and so did the compressor. But... The compressor will not cool. Although shorting the relays did power the units when I swapped either relay with the horn relay (same) it wouldn't work by the ac switch inside. This is the second time I've posted this due to the original being deleted by someone. Any assistance is greatly appreciated as it has been 100-105f here in LA

maybe you posted it in the wrong forum like audio or new member. One other thing, it's really hard to read when you choose giant size fonts.Edited by: sw2cam
