Top motor mount is the most common.

I agree with sw2cam. I had identical problem in my 92 SL2, replaced top motor mount, and problem was solved. I was also pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to replace top motor mount in Saturn, using directions from this forum. I recommend OEM Saturn replacement mount, as there was a difference in quality from aftermarket imports replacement mounts.

Top motor mount replacement
I just replaced the top motor mount on my 2000 Saturn SWP last week after having problems with the engine shaking while idling. The dealer pointed it out on a visit to Saturn. They wanted $200 to do the job which I really didn't have. After doing some research I purchased a new motor mount from Theautopartsshop.com for $18.05 plus shipping and I found several video's on YOUTUBE showing how to do the job. It only took me about 10 minutes using just a 15MM socket wrench. It solved the problem. Here's the video I watched.

are you referring to the exact 10 year old noise mentioned in this post?
Upper Torque axis mount (TAM) on pass side does this.
Loses isolation betw engine and frame and shakes the bejesus out of the vehicle.
OEM ones are the only good ones nd they are no longer made.
All aftermarkets suck.
The less you pay, the less you get.
And whatever you do put on will not kill all the vibrations. They really do suck.
Some people scan junkyards for used OEM TAMs that are not trashed b c they are usually better than the new aftermarket crap.
How much money in guaranteed revenue did GM **** away by stopping production?

Oh I see the issue.
You tacked an 08 Vue flappy startup noise onto an S series vibration post from a decade before.
So i revise my response to
a) why is this posted on the end of an unrelated s car thread?
B) I don't understand your answer to a post for a different model car that has an unrelated issue
c):there is a Vue section. Use it
