Acceleration Lag

Car bogs down while accelerating
At least thats what I classify it as. 99 SL2, auto trans Which now has 106k miles on it, but has done it ever since I got it with around 95k miles when the car was stock.
This is what happens. When I put my foot down to go the car will reach about 4000 RPM, and then bog down or hold that rpm for a little until I make my foot heavier or let it come out of it on its own. No lights/codes; nothing. It will do this about 75% of the time, in any gear (normally 1 and 2 though since i dont have enough room to get 4k rpm in 3rd) The range it normally happens in is 3800-4500 rpm, but has done in higher and lower ranges once or twice.
What I am going to do is steal my bros flip camera and see if I can get a vid of the tach when it happens tomorrow or Friday on my way to school.
Im thinking injectors maybe, but I could be wrong. But i replaced my throttle body awhile ago and it shot up a code after a week, I believe it was for a bad TPS sensor and the coils. (i have it written down in the haynes manual somewhere)After I fixed the coils the sensor error never came up again. Could that have something to do with it? and Recently I replaced the plugs, wires, and coils (since I got a code one day) hoping that would fix it, but no.

Update, since Ive been paying attention to this more now, Ive noticed that it will do it in almost any RPM range, in any gear. And, something else which is strange, Sometimes (not nearly as much as the car bogging down) it will accelerate much harder for about 2-400 RPM, as if it was being boosted, and then goes back to accelerating as normal.
I will have the videos up tomorrow so you can see/hear what is happening.
