Default Belt Drive pulley

So my belt drive pulley bearings blew out, the threads on the bolt and the hole are fine, the bearings are shot. Going out to get a new drive pulley monday and change it, how hard are these done?

I'm not sure what you mean by "belt drive pulley". There are several pulleys on the system including crankshaft pulley, alternator pulley, alternator pulley, power steering pulley and belt tensioner pulley. Which one are you referring to? Bottom line is which pulley and your mechanical abilities. I'd say an hour or less for those of us who've been working on our own stuff for years, but I don't know about yours.

be carfeful with pulley size with the aftermarket belt tensioner or idler ones --

I THINK I remember reading somewhere that some aftermarket ones are not quite the right size

Or I'm hallucinating again

No Derf, you're not hallucinating -- I've seen the same thing. I finally have gotten to the point where I replace the entire assembly. Costs more, but the "less headaches" makes it a no-brainer in my book

Oreillys has it labeled as a belt drive pulley. I figured that was what it was called. Sorry.

I will definitely check the size of the pulley when I go buy the new one as I still have the old one.
