Default Can't diagnose

Hi All,

I'm new here, so go easy on me. I have a '95 SL1 - Manual. I am having a starting issue that I can't seem to figure out. Here is what I've done and tested so far:
1.) Will only start at WOT
2.) Fuel pressure tested fine
3.) Spark plugs are good
4.) Received EGR system fault code; Replaced EGR valve - didn't help
5.) Replaced MAP sensor - didn't help
6.) Injectors are fine
7.) Cleaned throttle body - didn't help
8.) Compression check showed a little low on cylinder 1, but the others were fine.

Once I get the car started it acutally runs great. It's just getting it started that's a P.I.T.A.

Any help with how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks guy!

Nathan

Is there a name for the connector that sends the info to the computer?

Thx for the help.

YES, it's called the ETCS and connector.

Thanks for the help. The ECTS wasn't the problem. I finally figured out the issue. I took the intake manifold off and took it to NAPA to have them clean it in their heat tank. The cleaning seemed to do the trick.
