That's a good deal on a windshield. I was quoted $285 for one on my SC1. I'll just drive it with the stone chips.

Check the front bumper on your car for writing in "deer script" ... HIT ME

Seriously, bad luck there, Winkler ....

what the hell is deer coverage. I'm no insurance wizard but comprehensive should cover that (that's why they call it comprehensive) -- assuming you have comprehensive.

Or do we have to go out and buy "deer riders" on our policies......

Sorry about the problem. Did you at least get to keep the deer, assuming it died? If it got away it was a double bummer.

yea ... it was "the one that got away" ... i looked for it for about an hour but i started gettin cold really fast (blame that one on factory work) ... so i gave up ...

and derf ... deer coverage is comprehensive ... but everybody here just calls it "deer coverage" cause thats what everybody files a claim for.... and no i dont have comp... cant afford it

thank you for the clarification....bummer you don't have it (comp).

Also, is it legal to hit wild animals and, if you kill them, take them home to eat?
I have doubts on that one...seems like it would fall under some sort of violation of hunting laws (either "not in season" or "automobile is not a valid hunting method").
