When I changed the radiator I removed the fan and after I put everything back I noticed it didn't work anymore. All the wires are hooked up and everything is back in place, so anyone know what is wrong with it? Do I just need to replace the fan motor or the entire assembly?
Another thought....at what temp does the fan usually turn on? I let the car idle for about 10-15 min and the temp guage was just under 1/2. Did I just not let it get hot enough?

You could try wiring the fan directly to the battery or just wait for the temperature gauge to go to 3/4 or just before the red line before the fan will turn on. Remember, you just changed the radiator so the car is already running cooler and will need to be driven a bit before the temps come up to operating temperature. On cars with a/c you can switch on the a/c and the fan should come on immediately.
