Fuel Pump electrical power loss
Greetings all. My name is Joe and I'm new to yr forum. I thought I would give it a shot as my last resort before I lose my mind or find a real big hammer.
1992 SC1 1.92 Twin. Pump swapped 3 times over the past 2 yrs..under dash fuse box changed twice and under hood swapped once (all were Pull-a-Part).
All indications are a short, and would be very happy if that is it. But where is it most likely to be.? Car has spent more time on a flatbed than the road.
Any thoughts....??
Thanks,
Joe

Fuses and all in front, fuel pump in back, wiring runs from front to back, I hate to say it, to pull apart and physically check all the wiring for damage from one thing or another is probably what you have to do, and the word fun does not quite cover it.

Agree .. If I want to keep this vehicle, some continuity testing must now take place. I have a Haynes manual which has wiring diagrams..and the fuel pump is gray and black..just need to trace it back to the underdash fuse brick..argh...
