Default Have A question about Short Ram Intakes.

Ok so I am sure this has been asked before , and I am probably going to get flamed for this but I am going to ask anyway. I have a 98 SL1 SOHC that I typically use for towing behind my Motorhome, but have been using it because of the gas prices. Will I notice any difference in fuel economy and performance with a Short Ram Intake, or am I just throwing away money? I dont plan to mod anything else. I have an M3 that is full Dinan Stage 4 with all the goodies on it, but know that others have seen SOME gains with just a CAI on an M. Thanks!

Mike

Unless your counting hundredths of seconds on the drag strip you'll not see any major gains in mileage or power. If you want an intake make one out of abc or pcv.
