Default headers and cold air intake

well i know i just got my sl1 but it is all ready time for upgrades i can never leave anything alone or should i say stock thinking about putting on a header and all new pipe on it and a cold air intake what i was wondering is whos runing them and what changes have you seen in your sl1 after doing it i know when i did it to my truck it bumped it up about anther 10-15 hp and got better gas miles let me know thanks

The weather in my area of the country is very wet (60-70 inches/yr), and with the height of my Sautrn, I figgured a CAI would be nothing but trouble going through the puddles. Most of the people that have installed them admit to minimal gains, so you might look through the other threads here for guidance ....
