I am a first time poster. I have a 2001 SL and the drivers side headlight has stopped working. I have checked the bulb by putting it on the passengers side and it works. I have also checked the fuses and they are fine. The strangest part is there is power to the headlight connection, it just doesn't light. I am very confused by this. I tried reading posts and have not found this problem listed. I did read on a few that almost all saturn electrical problems have to do with the BCM, however, I unfortunately don't know what the BCM is or where it is located. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

BCM = body control module. Not sure but wouldn't think that has anything to do with it.

Sounds more like the connections within the one headlight socket have been damaged. At least a thought...

i second the connection to the headlight. You probably have a loose gound either right in the bulb plug or in the wiring within the car. There really is know way of knowing where without looking
