ok so i have a 1996 SL2 and my signals an horn will not work at all, an i have all the fuses and they are are not popped... can somebody tell me what is wrong or think is, i need it for my road test lol

Well, from what you write, I would suspect a defective horn relay.
Pull the relay, and test the relay socket for +12 volts continuously (two locations). If you cannot pass this test, recheck your fuses, they may look good, but one is bad.
Also test the socket for a ground (one location) when you press the horn button. If you cannot pass this portion, there is a disconnect (open) in the wiring from the relay socket to the horn button.
If both these tests pass, then replace the relay.
If the horn still refuses to blow, replace the horn.
