i hope it is just the water pump thats only a $32 fix. there is water coming out of the tailpipe and when i rev it pretty good a nice cloud comes out but other than that it is not to bad smoking wise during idle.

Its easy, just need common hand tools and a Harmonic balancer puller is what you'll need.Drain whats left of the coolant, drain the engine oil, remove necessary wires, remove fuel rail and set aside,(you dont have to pull the intake off to pull the head on this one) remove intake supports, removed engine belt remove, a/c compressor and set aside, remove harmonic balancer, remove oil pan and clean throughly ( back to 8mm bolts by the tranny can be a pain), removed the front timing cover and accessories that are in the way of removing it, removed timing chain assembly, remove the head, check the head and all components while you have everything apart. THOSE HEAD BOLTS ARE TORQUE TO YIELD, DO NOT BY ANY MEANS TRY TO REUSE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO DO THIS JOB AGAIN.
