Try saturnparts.net. some aftermarket stuff is available and some things can still be obtained through a gm ddalership. Some of the aftermarket stuff however is crap.

Try a member here named hoseppi. Howie has a LOT of Saturn parts if you can get him to respond.

If your car was in your signature I would not have had to go search to find out what you drive. Open the USER CP and add your first name, location, and car info to your "signature". Now I forgot what I was going to say. Oh well, that's the way it goes.

There's a user named OldNuc on www.saturnfans.com who has produced a pretty comprehensive list of parts (OEM and aftermarket) suppliers in response to this question. I was gonna look it up and post it here but even though I can access and logon to the forum it won't give me the threads -- says the server is too busy. They're probably doing maintenance right now.

Update: Just tried the forum again (3/3/2014 7:30 AM PST) and now can't even access the URL. The site may be going away.

So far I have had good luck buying parts through the auto parts stores such as O'Reilly's, CarQuest and a GM dealer, here where I live locally a Chevrolet dealer advertises Saturn repairs and the parts department treats me like a real customer.
However, the dialog that takes place when ordering things not available through the local auto parts outlets leads me to believe that the stock is becoming rather limited.
A friend that operates an auto repair shot that does a lot of business in cars that are hard to find parts for indicates that Saturn parts have become very hard to find in the recent years. So do not wait too long for some parts.
