The SKY IS FALLING! (Ceiling actually!!)
My SL1 Ceiling is falling down. the cloth is separated from the backing. I tried spraying glue into it, but it came right back down. Any clues or methods to get it back up where it belongs. It's also happening on my Ford Ranger. Same cloth over foam board as in the SL1.

indeed -- they actually make headliner adhesive - I have used it for things other than headliners and I'm pretty sure you could glue fur to one of those bald cats with it (no, I have NOT tried this nor do I advocate such practices)

I took my headliner out, it wasnt exactly a snap, but all things considered, it was one of the easier tasks.... New headliner material can be fairly pricey, but it seems to degrade with heat/humidity.
Also to get the trim off no special tools are needed and you can work it out the passanger side door. I highly recommend the old gorrila grip to get the molding out from the interior, and dont bother taking the seat belts mounts off, just slide them all the way to the bottom, should give you enough wiggle room.
