SL1 sputtering when warm

On a cold engine my 1993 SL1 runs fine, but as soon as the temperature begins to rise it begins to sputter/spit back from the throttle body and doesn't want to shift. Thus far I have replaced the TPS and the ECU. What else should I look at?
