Default won't start

Parked the car for a couple weeks.
then it would not start.
Tried starting fluid but nothing.
I borrowed a code reader but get an error it won't download any codes.
this is key on engine off mode.
Could this be crank sensor.
seems to be no or weak spark

If it were my car, here's what I'd do -->

(1) Replace the positive battery cable ... (I suspect it's corroded internally) Also, charge the battery fully.

(2) Replace the CPS ...

Nope - TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) has nothing what-so-ever to do with spark ....

bad cps inhibits spark since without it PCM has no idea where crank is in its rotation

you should try a ignition module or the computer , the crank sensor you can check it with an ohmmeter , . make sure you have 40 psi on the fuel rail.
