I have a Saturn vue and several equinoxes. I cross post for similar issues.
Gone thru the egr trail. Engine power is reduced if computer has issue with egr and it could tie in to abs/trac light as computer sees trouble with motor. The 08 nox had a new egr. No abs/trac issues. Sold it. Got another 08 nox and it DOES have abs/trac issues. The 09 nox I got has no issues, yet.
the 09 nox has the 3.4. Luckily not the evil 3.6.
maybe I’ll take the 09 egr and swap it onto the 08 and see if abs issue goes away

 

Thanks for the information. And you don't have anything to lose by swapping the egr, right? Either it works or it doesn't.
